Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We believe in freedom of choice. You can cancel your Urban Connection membership at any time.

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription directly from your "Membership Settings" page or by contacting our support team.
  • Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends.
  • Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid term. After that, your access to "Pro" or "Elite" features (including Community Circles and Daily Digest) will revert to the "Free" tier.

2. Refund Eligibility

A. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Policy: Monthly memberships are non-refundable.
  • Reasoning: Since you receive immediate access to high-value introductions, data, and community circles upon payment, we do not offer refunds for partial months or "change of mind."

B. Annual Subscriptions (The 30-Day Guarantee)

  • Policy: We offer a pro-rated refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription.
  • Calculation: You will be refunded the remaining 11 months of your term. The first month will be charged at the standard monthly rate to cover the service provided during that period.
  • After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued for annual plans cancelled after the first 30 days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain premium assets are consumed immediately and cannot be refunded:

  • Concierge Credits: Any "Intro Credits" or "Concierge Credits" purchased separately or included in your plan are non-refundable, even if unused at the time of cancellation.
  • Event Tickets: Tickets for "Elite" or "VIP" events are final sale and non-refundable, as seats are strictly limited. However, you may transfer your ticket to another verified member up to 48 hours before the event.

4. Automatic Renewals

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your membership will automatically renew at the end of each term (monthly or annually) using the payment method on file, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5. Refunds for "Banned" Accounts

If your membership is terminated by Urban Connection due to a violation of our Code of Conduct (e.g., harassment, spamming, fake verification), you forfeit all remaining subscription time and no refund will be issued.
